Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Little Backpacks Preschool is a licensed educational organization for the earliest years of a child’s development, ages three months to six years. Little Backpacks seeks to enhance the skills a child learns at home, continuing their development in all areas while monitoring their progress and growth in a family-like environment. 

With a Christian-based and learn-through-play philosophy of education, we seek to nurture our students with loving physical, emotional, social and spiritual enhancements. Our classes are divided by age and skill level categories, each directed by a certified preschool teacher, enabling us to teach the child individually as well as collectively.

With decades of experience in Early Childhood Education, our teachers offer our students and their family’s useful tools to incorporate inside as well as outside the school setting.

It is the mission of Little Backpacks Preschool to educate the whole person, providing a safe, caring environment where young students can best develop the skills and character necessary to be contributing members of their communities.

Little Backpacks purpose is to provide an opportunity for children to thrive through engaging in a positive, fun academic and social environment. We also set out to provide a quality yet affordable preschool and childcare for the families seeking childcare in the Napa Valley.
